Comments = Note - A region of light winds in the all station dial plot makes it look like conditions at Toolik were cloudy between about 7 and 10:30 UT. But checking the individual data from Toolik shows that the skies were clear and this really is a region of light winds, caused by balance between ion drag and pressure gradient flow.
